How it plays

Simple rules. Satisfying light.

Lanterns is inspired by Akari, also known as Light Up. Every placement changes the paths around it, turning a compact grid into a careful piece of deduction.

  1. 01

    Place with purpose

Each lantern shines in straight lines until a numbered wall stops its light.

  2. 02

    Read the walls

A number tells you exactly how many lanterns belong beside that wall.

  3. 03

    Light every tile

Finish when the whole path is illuminated and no two lanterns see each other.
